Fine print, by paying for your session you agree to the following:
During the session the client is responsible for their safety, the safety of those whom accompany them, and the safety of minor children accompanying them. Client agrees to retain custody and control of children during the session to avoid injury.

In the event that photographic materials are damaged or lost through camera or computer malfunction, the photographer liability will be limited to a retake of the session or full refund.

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital photography and the fact that photographs, once sent, cannot be returned; Jenny White Photography has a strict no refunds policy.

The images are property of Jenny White Photography, LLC. As such, Jenny White Photography reserves the right to display images as samples of her work. Please give Jenny White Photography credit when posting images online, including Instagram and Facebook. No alterations to the images are permitted.
